It’s a space where we can open up essential topics – from sustainability and ESG to public speaking, personal growth, and working with our own leadership style. I value that we don’t just scratch the surface. We discuss values, long-term impact on society, and what it means to be a visible woman in a leadership role. About us
Female Leaders in Real Estate aka FLIRE
is a unique platform supporting the strengthening of women's representation in leading positions in the Czech real estate market. We organize meetings, support networking, personal and professional development and offer members mutual support through experience sharing and mentoring.
Through our activities we want to promote sustainable development not only within the real estate market. The pursuit of sustainability is the main imperative for all activities and outputs of our association. We see sustainability as an investment in the future.
